A. Booking Confirmation

To confirm and secure your booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required.

No reservation or tour date will be held without the deposit payment.

The remaining 50% balance must be paid in cash upon arrival, before the tour begins.

If the final payment is not completed before departure, the tour will be cancelled and the 50% deposit will be forfeited.

B. Cancellation Policy

The 50% deposit is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

Once the remaining 50% balance has been paid, the full tour payment becomes non-refundable. This applies to all cancellation reasons, including but not limited to personal reasons, flight delays, ferry cancellations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Any request to change the travel date is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

C. Transportation & Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or schedule changes involving flights, ferries, speedboats, or any other third-party transportation services.

Any additional costs caused by transportation disruptions or other circumstances beyond our control will be the responsibility of the guest.

D. Travel Insurance

All guests are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance before joining the tour.

Travel insurance should cover trip cancellation, medical emergencies, evacuation, accidents, and personal belongings.

E. Responsibility & Liability

By confirming the booking, guests acknowledge and accept that adventure travel involves inherent risks.

The organizer and guides shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay, or additional expenses caused by natural disasters, weather conditions, government regulations, transportation providers, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Agreement

By paying the required 50% deposit, the guest confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions stated above.
