Agreement of Terms and Conditions to Secure and Book Your Tour With Us

A. Booking Confirmation

• A 30% non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation to secure your booking or reserve your tour date.
• The remaining 70% of the payment is also non-refundable and must be paid in cash upon arrival, prior to departure.

B. Cancellation Policy

• We are not responsible for missed transportation of any kind, including flights, Mentawai fast ferry, boats, or any other connections.
• No refunds will be issued for the 70% payment in the event of any cancellation, regardless of the cause.

C. Travel Insurance

• Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover medical emergencies, evacuation, trip cancellation, and other unforeseen circumstances.

D. Responsibility and Liability

• The organizer and guides are not liable for any cancellations (including ferry services), losses, damages, delays, accidents, injuries, or any other irregularities caused by natural events, accidents, or third-party actions.
